Like the different shape of this spatula. We have the green & blue trudeaus that we always use first, but this one is also preferred over the older silicone spatulas. We purchased some when they first came out - both with wood & plastic handles. Don't do it! I've kept a couple of those, but don't often use them. If you're buying silicone spatulas, YOU MUST buy the "all 1 piece" utensils. Did not think I'd like the different shape of the base, but actually it turns out that when scrambling eggs and sauteing other foods this works out well.

I ordered 4 Trudeau spatulas on the great "buy 3 get 1 free" that Amazon offered. The 12" length of this one is the best. When I need a turner in a skillet that, e.g., is 8" in diameter, I find this works better. It goes through folding egg whites like a dream, mixes batter or anything else when there is a larger quantity with no struggle. It is very comfortable in the hand as well.

This is a well made spatula however it is huge, way too large for me but I think they may have smaller one available. Next time I would order smaller one.

I Love Trudeau Spatulas. They are comfortable in the hand, clean up easily and come in great colors.
