Although I have all the basic kitchen tools and then some, I'm always looking to add a useful new tool to my kitchen arsenal, and since I bought this stainless steel turner by MIU, it's turned out to be just that--useful. I obviously wouldn't use it on the 3-4 nonstick pans I have. My main pans are stainless steel, and although it would probably be fine for those, I'd be worried about scratching them, too, so for now, I find it's a perfect fit for working with my cast iron pans. I highly recommend it. And for $7, how can you go wrong? Definitely get it.

This a flexible product that is very useful in the skillet. The only knock I have against it is it takes some getting use to when flipping eggs. The width is narrow.

This turner works nicely with solids like meat, fish, chicken, etc. Although I haven't tried it with eggs or pancakes I would think a completely flat turner would be better suited for those items.

I *love* this turner. We like to make cheesesteaks, and my son was always griping about my sub-standard tools. I bought two of these specifically for that purpose, and they are great. The edge is sharp enough to break up the meat, and there is plenty of surface space to scoop up piles of steaming meat and cheese to dump onto a fresh hot bun. Fabulous! Even my son is impressed.
