It chops! It stirs! In a fraction of the time. The Chop Stir chops hamburger, ground meat, soft fruits and vegetables and pie shell crumbs. It is great for stirring frozen juice concentrate and soups. Safe to use right in the pan over medium-high heat.

 "Handy Gadget" 2009-11-07
By Blissful Bluebird (Coleman OK)
A friend had a similar gadget from Pampered Chef. I fell in love with it, but didn't want to pay that price. It really does chop your meat into uniform pieces. Liked it so much I bought one for each of my daughters! My only complaint is that the raw meat get stuck in the center crevices and won't come off by soaking or dishwasher--I have to use a small brush to clean it thoroughly. In all fairness, I have very hard water; cleaning might not be a problem for someone else.

If it were made of silicone, it wouldn't get melted and ruined on the tips. I like how it works, though. :)

I have been thinking about and looking for something like this product for a long time. The chopstir works very well. I bought two of them, one for home and one for our trailer. If you don't like using a fork or some other kitchen tool to break up ground meat while stir frying, try this. You'll find other uses for it as well. And the price wont break the bank!

Harold Imports Chopstir Yes, you can chop ground meat without it, but why would you want to? Using the Chopstir is much faster and results in more uniform pieces.

 "nice spatula, great buy" 2009-09-27
By KE Woodstock (Woodstock, IL USA)
This spatula has a great feel. I wasn't sure if I would like the curved spatula, but I was pleasantly surprised at how useful it is. If I could buy a straight spatula to go with it, I wouldn't hesitate. I've had cherry spatulas that were even smoother grain, but they cost 2-3 times as much. This is a great buy.

 "Love it!" 2009-09-12
By Kathleene McReynolds (Las Vegas, NV USA)
Beautiful and useful. Thin enough to use as a spatula, yet sturdy enough to use as a mixing spoon. The marbled colors of the wood make it a work of art. Couldn't be happier. Yes I could...I'll get a few more! (For myself and my culinary friends!)

I reach for this one more than my others. It's light weight, a sharp neat edge. A nice width. I adore it and will be buying another.

 "Beautiful and Functional" 2009-07-08
By S. David Pullara (NEWBURYPORT, MA USA)
I bought the 12.5 and 12 inch spoon and use the larger one more often. The quality is very good and looks great. I also have the spoon of the same type which is also great.

 "Poor Quality" 2009-05-26
By J. C. McGrath (Florida, USA)
Face of spatula is edge glued. Not a single peice of wood, resulting in a edge or for better words crack on the face of turner. Your sponge will hang on it when cleaning and towel will do the same when drying. The edge becomes more prominent as it used and gets liquids on it. Not a good buy in my opionion. I choose as part of the 4 for 3 promotion in kitchen tools.
