This is a great tool kit for the crafter! Highly recommended. Tools are well made and handle very easy!

I am very pleased with the cricut essentials toolkit I purchased. Buying the items individually would have been much more costly, and I needed most of the items included in the package. The extra cutting mats and scrapbook paper were a great bonus!

 "Spatula is a must" 2009-06-10
By D. Crounse (Tucson)
this spatula is a must with the Cricut. Even after the pad is not so sticky, there are some sections that may for some reason, stick to the pad and need the spatula. Glad I got it.

"Another "must have" for cricut users." 2009-05-04
By J. Fullerton (Fredericksbuurg, VA)
I didn't realize that the spatula tool came with my cricut expression, so I ordered one. Now my daughter and I have our own. Great price and again, fast delivery. Amazon makes ordering easy and gives me a peace of mind. Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE!

 "A handy little tool" 2009-03-15
By M. Young (OR USA)
You can use other things to remove what you cut with your cricut - or even use your finger nails but it is so much easier with this handy little tool and it is a "must" for the little pieces. It is almost impossible to remove them with your finger nails and you could use a toothpick but it gouges you mat. This is irreplaceable.

"Nice to have, not my favorite" 2009-01-18
By db (Utah USA)
I really liked the spatula tool when I first got it. It's a lot better than trying to use my fingernails to get the paper off the sticky mat. But if the paper is delicate, or a delicate design, it crinkles the paper, and doesn't keep it nice. I also feel that it scrapes off some of the stickiness of the mat, so it doesn't last as long. Later I bought the cricut 'tool set' (not sure if that's exactly what it's called) but I like it a TON better! The tools are smaller and work Great! If I would have known, I would have bought those only and not the spatula at all.
