This two-ended turner has one steel and one silicone end. It's a case of trying to make one tool do too much. The silicone is too flimsy to turn anything or even to use as a stirrer. Using the silicone end means holding the steel turner end -- which isn't such a comfortable position. The steel end has an odd shape which isn't as useful as I'd thought it would be. Not impressed.
