I saw this spoonula set at Ross today (7-26-09) for $7.99 but Amazon is selling it for $14.95. They looked like decent enough spatulas/spoons though the seam between the handle and the spoon is layered and will require careful cleaning. Also the package advised against putting them in the dishwasher.

I really like my Spoonula set and the color is very nice. I made the mistake of thinking the Spoonula set would take the place of the regular spatula and I was wrong. I find it very difficult to scrape out a jar or a bowl with these. In all fairness that is probably not what they were intended to do; I should have done my research before purchasing.

Sometimes you just need spoon and spatula - the spoon works better to stir but still need the spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl cleaner than a regular spoon- it's nice having both in one utensil! This is a nice set.

I had purchased a Pampered Chef Mix N Scraper years ago and I have loved that thing, it's perfect for everything I cook. Scrambled eggs, rice crispy treats, anything in a skillet really. Mine is starting to show some wear after 9 years, so I figured I needed to buy a new one. At $13.50 for a new one through Pampered Chef, I thought I better see what else is out there. I saw this RR spoonula set and was on the fence about ordering it because alot of the copy cat spoonula/spatula items were horribly made. Well, would you believe I found this set at Marshall's for $7.99, snatched it up and it is the BEST. I would highly recommend this set. Even at $15 for 3, that is a great deal and you will love this item in your kitchen.
