I cook, but, in our household, I do not qualify to buy cookware. However, I came across this "fishy" thing while looking for an additional item to qualify for the 4 for 3 deal and bit the bullet. It was a sweet bullet! So far, we used it from a fried egg to a steaks, and somewhere in the middle are the fish that it is made for. Scraping the grill is another task that it is capable of!
All similar utensils in our kitchen is unofficially retired and I get a pass on purchasing cookware!

I am very impressed with this turner. It is immensely versatile. Other that its intended use I am finding that it's great with any delicate food item. I use it all the time with tofu. I like to cut my tofu into chunks and then marinate it, turning it occasionally. This turner keeps it from breaking. Then I use it again for stir-frying the tofu as well as the veggies. Works like a charm. Highly recommend it! Very substantial, goes easily into the dishwasher.
