These Oxo silicone turners are very good. This one is wider than I expected, so if you plan to use it in a small or medium pan, you might want to look for a smaller width.
For a pancake griddle, or large skillet, you won't go wrong.

due to the material & length of this turner it was floppy & could not support the weight of omelets or pancakes with out bending enough for food to fall off. It was a good idea but I don't know how it passed thru a test kitchen

I usually like the Oxo products, but this spatula is not good. It's very large and way to flexible. It works OK for omelets, but is pretty much useless for anything else. If you try to use it for anything that weighs more than 1-2 ounces, it can't withstand the weight. I am looking for a new spatula.

Great for eggs or light items. A little too flexible for hamburger patties or salmon patties. Heavier items tend to slide off easily, which is what makes this a great turner for eggs.

Very nice silicon spatula. The material has a good feel and bends easily to scoop under any food. My one problem with this is that it often bends too easily, giving way under any mildy heavy article. I guess a smaller version would be better for turning hamburgers.
