It's the perfect size for scraping the sides of a KitchenAid mixing bowl. I had to make an adjust in the amount of an ingredient I was using the other day, and at first I was doing the math in my head, and then remembered having this tool, pulled it out and figured it out in a snap. It's worth every penny just for the measurement conversion charts alone, but with the added bonus of having a well made & functional tool too.

It's a handy little scraper in more than one way. Smaller than a spatula for storage, washes off effortlessly, and easy to grab for converison info. Works great as a bowl scraper to get every last bit of cake batter!

I purchased the MUI silicone scrapers and liked them, but they were a bit too flexible for some uses. I bake a number of Artisan-style breads and needed something that would cut the dough without damaging my cherry cutting board. This scraper is perfect! It is rigid enough to allow the user to cut yeast doughs, but gentle enough not to damage surfaces. I will be buying several more!

I really like this product. It is a little bit smaller than what I was expecting but it works well for my intended purpose. The other thing that like about this is the conversion information that is on the front of the scraper.
