I've been looking for a good tool to use while making crepes and then i saw this. When i got it i used it a few days later and it worked perfectly. One edge is great for separating the crepe from the pan and the other to flip it. It seems like it might work for a lot of other purposes but i have yet to try it with anything else. Either way it seems as if it is sturdy and will last a while.

The spatula works fine. My problem is with Amazon itself. I wanted a white one. They advertised a white one on the website (there is a white one on this review!). I ordered a white one. The company shipped me an orange and a red one. The company whom i purchased from and who shipped it to me did right by with a partial refund. I'm pissed at Amazon for misleading me into buying what I didn't want. the colored spatulas are readily available locally, the white ones are not. I WILL NO LONGER TRUST WHAT AMAZON SAYS IT SELLS.

If I'm not using a ladle/spoon-thing, this is in my hand when I'm cooking. I cook 5-6 nights per week, so that's saying a lot.



I really like how the head continues up the handle, so there's not any nasty build-up like with some silicone baking spatulas.



Some stuff will stain it. If you have a real problem with that, you probably shouldn't be allowed in a kitchen. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but staining doesn't affect this tool at all, and it won't affect the flavor of what you're cooking.

Actually, I put this spatula on my shopping list because I had 3 other items in my shopping cart and Amazon was running a special where you get the fourth for free. And most of my ten-year old spatulas are hardening from age. Yep, good, heat resistant, well maintained spatulas will last that long. Even if you occasionally toss them in the dishwasher (bad, spatula-mommy, bad!).



They didn't have silicone ten years ago (well, yes they did but they weren't putting them into spatulas as rampantly). What a difference 10 years makes. It's a joy to have a spatula that scrapes up every delicious morsel without the sensation that the blade is about to melt. It's also real nice to be able to use your own arm since you didn't need to use it to pay for the spatula.

I bought both the brush and the replacement bristles at the same time, since I had purchased another BBQ piece from these people and thought it was good quality (we gave it as a gift...but it looked high quality). This brush is a joke. I used it once...I mean, literally, I brushed it across my Weber Genesis and the bristles started coming out. I would say about 25% of the bristles came out after continuing for another 5 seconds. The grill was very hot...so maybe that softened the plastic that holds the bristles, or maybe it loosened the glue that they used on the bristles. I'm not really sure what it was, but I returned this lousy piece of junk and I won't ever purchase anything from this company again. Seeing their products in stores now, I can see why they have done well. Good packaging, and modern design and materials give it a high quality impression. I returned everything, the brushes, the replacement brushes, and even two other products from them.



So now, I am left without any brush. Basically, I can buy the cheapy ones that get nasty after a while and I have to throw away, or I can continue to use my tongs or a spatula edge to scrape of the debris. Maybe that is the right way to address grill debris anyway...a brush will always wear out.

Nothing to special. A good price for a stainless set of utensils. Some kind of cushion grip would be nicer though. The meat fork is a little dangerous if you store it in the the can handle side down. You could turn it around but then it looks kinda weird. So just stick it in a drawer.
