Found in bakeries everywhere, it's the perfect size, weight and feel for icing cupcakes and other tasks that require this size tool. As a professional pastry chef, I often have to use it for hours at a time. No brainer if this is the size offset you need. Don't listen to Suzy homebakers who think it's not big or stury enough. ~~ a little light and a little small, depending on your intent.But where space is at a premium , it will probably do the trick. However I wish I had bought a larger more sturdy feeling one. This feels like a toy.
