I bought this item on approval from "The Americas Test Kitchen Family Baking Book". I was a little hesitant about spending fifteen bucks for a spatula, but Im glad I did. I was surprised by how large it was, but I was even more surprised in how it performed. The large blade made folding and scraping very easy. The blade is tough enough to plow through very sticky/heavy bread doughs, and Im always able to scrape every morsel out of the bowl. It hasnt stained and shows no sign of wear. Great product!

Bought this after the very favorable review from Cook's Illustrated. I can tell why they love it.



Firm blade with various shapes and sides for various tasks. Nice, firm, long handle with a very nice in-hand feel.



I also have such a spatula with a metal grip - and I will reach for this over the metal grip (more expensive) spatula every time.



Excellent product - I might go so far as to order another one to put in the pantry just in case this gets discountinued.
