This spatula is exactly the one I have been looking for. Its long blade and short handle is great for turning the Austrian long strudel,or fish. Most of the long spatulas have long handle and shorter blade. This one is heavy duty and controlled flexible blade (not the flimsy flexible kind) makes it real nice to handle delicate pastry.

This is a beautiful tool for cooking, it was just a few inches longer than I was ready for.
It will be hard to use in any pan smaller then 10".
But it is very well made and fits well in the hand.
The flip area is a good 8"long with a 6 or 7" handle.
