I love these spatulas! I am so bummed that Rubbermaid appears to have discontinued production of these. I just received my order for two sets of these. I wish I could afford to buy more at this time, as I know they won't be around next time I need them. My last purchase of these was well over 10 years ago, that is how long they last! I think they are much better than KitchenAid and at a more reasonable price too! I've tried other brands and none compare to these Rubbermaids.

I too have been searching for these spatulas in stores can't seem to find them. I've had my last one for twelve years, and it was finally time to replace it. It's thinner than the silicone type. It's not heat resistant, but I don't usually use mine around heat--just for mixing and scraping bowls. I bought two sets and wonder if I should get some more just in case they stop making them! This is one of my favorite kitchen utensils!

I love these type of spatulas. I don't know why they went to the silicone kind or the softer rubber ones-I prefer the more firm rubber and that is what these are. I ordered several sets, worrying that they were not making these anymore and wanted to be sure i could have them for a while. The softer ones just don't do the job these do, in my opinion.
