Very useful spatula, I use it all the time to clean out bowls and jars. The silicone spatulas are much better that the old style.

This is an excellent spatula, I am considering buying more as gifts for my friends. So much better than those one finds in local grocery stores, or big-box stores. Great item, I recommend this with gusto! I'm only a home cook, but this is almost chef quality, I would think good enough for the pros.

The wooden handle is quite well-made, and comfortable to grip. The removable silicone head is a good, tight fit, so no worry about it slipping off, until you intend to slip it off to run through the dishwasher.
