Silicone cookware by Orka rates A+ because it really is "rinse it off with soapy water" easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it. It can stand high heat. I am so completely sold on orka Silicone that I bought:

-good sized turner

-good sized slotted turner

-2 spoons

-2 spatulas

-1 scraper

I plan to add to my collection by getting a ladle.

The turners are easy to use once you cultivate a technique - no big deal. I left a spoon in a pot of very hot soup to answer the phone - 10-15 minutes later - cool to the touch and perfect. This stuff is great. Stay away from the word nylon - inferior to silicone. Anne in sunny Florida
