While I like the size of these spatulas, the larger one is a bit heavy. I also don't like the feel of the wood. I am used to a much smoother wood grain. The raised grain on the handles make it a bit uncomfortable, and the raised grain on the spatula portion, raises concerns about cleaning. It seems that it would be easier for food particles to find a home in the wood. The Harold Imports Olive spatula, which I also bought has a better feel.

I just LOVE the smaller one for getting into pots and smaller spaces. The larger one is nice also; but I find the edge a bit thicker than I'd like. Therefore, I also own an HIC Harold Import olive wood one with sharper edge, which I LOVE! All in all, I'd buy these again.

Wow, beautifully made. These spatulas feel great in your hands and are lovely. Would never have thought about using acacia to make them.

I have been using these for awhile now. I love all her products. These are really easy to use. I Keep them from drying out by hand washing them and then adding a little bamboo oil to them about once a month. They show no signs of wear yet and I have used them almost everyday for atleast 6 weeks.
